Current Responsibilities:
Jillian is a Senior Associate in the JLL Salt Lake City Office, specializing in Office and Life Sciences. In her work with Landlords and Tenants, she’s developed strategic approaches and expertise to arm her clients with the competitive advantages necessary in today’s market, whether it be flexible terms for Tenants or capturing high growth and strong credit Tenants for Landlords.
Experience:
During her time with JLL Salt Lake City, Jillian has become a trusted advisor to Landlords and Developers, as she has created strategic partnerships with Hines, Fortress, Kennedy Wilson, and more. She has worked on existing real estate product, property conversions, and ground up developments in this capacity. Jillian has also partnered alongside Tenants looking to expand within the Utah market, including Wex Inc’s National HQ and Thermo Fisher Scientific’s multi-location Utah expansion.
Prior to joining the JLL, Jillian worked within the Finance Division at Goldman Sachs as one of ten Investment Banking Controllers globally. She later went on to work at MRM//McCann, a full service B2B Digital Advertising Agency, partnering with Fortune 500 companies. It was there that Jillian fine-tuned her marketing and financial modeling skills, which she has carried over to her commercial real estate transactions.
Jillian is a graduate of the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She serves on the NAIOP Board of Directors, Utah Chapter, as well was nominated a CCIM Rookie of the Year Finalist in 2022, an honor achieved by just three up and coming brokers in the state annually.
