Current Responsibilities
Mr. Galati is a Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle in the Fort Worth office, specializing in Tenant and Landlord Representation within the Tarrant County office and industrial markets. Mr. Galati's expertise includes financial analysis intricate contract negotiation, property dispositions and acquisitions, site selection, creative marketing, credit underwriting and strategic consulting.
Also, Mr. Galati maintains a unique prospective as having served in both the service industry and as a decision maker for a publically traded Real Estate Investment Trust.
Experience
Mr. Galati has over 14 years of experience in the DFW commercial real estate market. He has completed over 400 transactions representing over 150 million. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Galati was Regional Leasing Manager for DCT Industrial Trust where he managed the leasing efforts for over 9 million square feet in 4 major industrial markets.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Galati earned his bachelor of business administration in finance with a concentration in real estate from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and has been recognized in Black's Guide as "Top 35 under 35".
