As part of the JLL Denver Logistics and Industrial Services team, James McGill specializes in negotiating business terms for leasing, disposition and acquisition transactions of industrial real estate assets. His clients range from institutional owners to locally based companies. James is a part of JLL’s Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions practice, a group of professionals that integrate subject matter expertise in supply chain optimization, site selection, labor analytics, business and economic incentives, capital markets, design, and construction project management. Their integrated solutions consistently deliver enterprise-wide value to occupiers of global real estate.
