Jacob Andrews serves as a Director for JLL Value and Risk Advisory in Houston.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Andrews was a Valuation Analyst at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services, where he participated in valuing a variety of property types including unimproved vacant land, single family residential, industrial, commercial, retail, government, and ranch land.
Prior to becoming part of the Colliers team, Mr. Andrews was the General Manager of Diamond Kuts, LLC, a Houston-based firm specializing in the installation and maintenance of athletic facilities and playing surfaces. While a student at Texas A&M, he served as an intern for Texas A&M Sports Properties and spent time in Lafayette, Louisiana as General Manager of the Acadiana Cane Cutters baseball club of the Texas Collegiate League.
