Geoff Shelton joined JLL in January of 2022 and serves as a Senior Vice President of the Fort Worth JLL office. His primary responsibilities include project leasing and business development initiatives for JLL’s office portfolio in Tarrant County. Over his career, he has completed over 850 transactions totaling more than 4.5 million square feet, producing more than $280 million in total transaction consideration.
Prior to JLL, Geoff worked in the Client Services Department for the Staubach Company in Austin, as a Market Coordinator for Grubb & Ellis in Dallas, as the Landlord Representative for Dal-Worth Management, and most recently as a Managing Principal at Holt-Lunsford Commercial.
Geoff graduated from Fort Worth Country Day and received his BA in History and Government from the University of Texas. While at the University of Texas, he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta and the Silver Spurs, an honorary organization in charge of UT’s legendary mascot Bevo.
Originally from Fort Worth, Geoff is actively involved in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, The Steeplechase Club, Cook Children’s Hospital, Junior Achievement USA, and Rivercrest Country Club.
