Current Responsibilities:
Geoff Greco is Senior Vice President in JLL’s Tenant Representation Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA.Mr. Greco works primarily with assisting corporate & technology clients in analyzing their real estate needs & developing strategies to align real estate initiatives with overall business plans. His practice areas include conducting market research & surveys, defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, opportunity assessment, location advisory & lease negotiations.
Additionally, Mr. Greco provides portfolio management services for national accounts. Responsibilities include transaction management, strategic site consulting & master planning, budgeting, forecasting & qualitative & quantitative analysis.
Experience:
Mr. Greco has twelve (12) years experience in the commercial real estate industry & has focused exclusively on office tenant representation. In his current role at JLL, Mr. Greco has contributed to a variety of Pittsburgh-based projects by surveying the market for occupancy alternatives, creating advanced analytical models & executing multiple tenant representation assignments.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tenant Representation Group, Mr. Greco served as a Facilities Manager consultant with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team based in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Greco’s responsibilities included facility management software implementation, on-going training, portfolio data management & reporting for multiple corporate clients around the United States.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Scheller College of Business at The Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech)
Licensed Real Estate professional in Pennsylvania and West Virginia
