Mr. Bain is Executive Vice President of Industrial Brokerage in Cleveland, Ohio. The team provides real estate transaction representation to local and national industrial clients. Don delivers extensive experience in all facets of industrial brokerage. Don has been with Staubach/JLL since 2000 and during that tenure has completed projects, both big and small throughout the region and country. The needs of the client are the highest priority.
Prior to joining Staubach/JLL, Don worked for 16 years at a local/regional brokerage firm, primarily focusing on landlord agency work while successfully completing over 50 transactions annually on behalf of his clients.
In 1994, achieved full membership status in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and in 1996 was recognized as Industrial Broker of the Year for the Greater Cleveland market by NAIOP.\
Mr. Bain holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology from Bowling Green State University.
Mr. Bain is a member of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors (CABOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also on the advisory board for the Beck Center for the Arts, past President for the Westlake Soccer Association and was named 2004 Soccer Coach of the Year.
