Dina Villa is a Managing Director overseeing the Financial Services Vertical focused on Investment and Capital Management. Based in Rochester, NY. Ms. Villa has executive oversight of a global portfolio of accounts led by diverse teams.
Experience
Dina Villa held the Global Account Executive responsible for advancing all aspects of service offerings for BlackRock’s real estate portfolio. Dina managed a team of 150 account-specific personnel servicing the 130+ properties across the globe for the BlackRock portfolio. The 3 million square foot portfolio includes office buildings, technology hubs, and data centers.
As the Account Executive for Xerox, Dina was responsible for all services delivered by the firm to Xerox Corporation in North America. She oversaw a staff of 250+ delivering transactions, facility management, project management, lease administration and strategic portfolio planning services. Under her leadership, the team delivered flawless execution, cost savings and innovative best practices.
Prior to this role, Dina held a variety of leadership positions including Senior Director of Operations, managing the Finance, Sourcing & Business Intelligence teams on the Xerox account. She provided strategic leadership, support, training, and implementation of corporate and client financial objectives across the Xerox Account.
Prior to JLL, Dina worked in finance on the JP Morgan Chase account at Grubb & Ellis for ten years. Dina has been involved in an extensive range of roles, managing diverse processes and teams, including financial planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial modeling, and finance operations to deliver exceptional results.
Education and Affiliations
Dina received a Bachelor of Science Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Brockport.
Ms. Villa has participated in the Client Finance Corporate Training Program, Peer Account Program, Account Transformation Program and Supply Chain Committee. She is recognized as a finance Subject Matter Expert and has consulted on various projects across the firm.
