Dennis is a Senior Managing Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the 2019 HFF acquisition with +30 years of experience focusing on the disposition and capitalization of industrial assets and portfolios across the Southeast. Since 2021, Dennis and the southeast regional JLL team have traded over 80 million square feet of industrial space for an aggregate transactional value in excess of $8.2 billion. Dennis and team are part of JLL’s National Industrial Capital Market Team – a fully integrated national practice which executed over $15.5 billion of industrial disposition and equity placement transactions in 2022.
Prior to joining JLL, Dennis was Senior Vice President and Principal at Colliers International Atlanta, where he spent 20 years of his career. Dennis spent his first 15 years in the commercial real estate industry focused on commercial mortgage brokerage.
