Current Responsibilities:
David Sesi is Managing Director and co-lead for JLL's Industry 4.0 Team based out of Silicon Valley. David applies a data-driven approach to develop custom-tailored solutions to advise clients in the mobility, robotics, IoT, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. His experience spans a range of complex projects from first offices to headquarters site selections, urban location strategy for logistics-related uses, and R&D facilities.
David excels in Blackbird (JLL’s proprietary market intelligence tool), aggregating and analyzing a broad range of local and national data to provide dynamic, virtual decision-making tools for clients. He leverages JLL’s national and global platforms to assemble relevant demographic, supply chain, and labor-related data, drawing unique trends and insights to advise his clients.
Experience:
Prior to JLL, David completed internships at both Intel and Cushman & Wakefield.
Education and Affiliations:
David graduated from Santa Clara University where he earned degrees in Economics and Communications.
He is also a member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders program, the ULI Young Professionals Group, and the Bay Area chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
David lives in San Francisco, CA and enjoys surfing, skiing, cooking, and attending concerts with friends.
