Current Responsibilities:
David Nixon currently serves as a Vice President in the Salt Lake City JLL Brokerage office. In this capacity David provides Tenant Representation, Landlord Agency, and Strategic Planning services for his clients.
Additionally, he has helped numerous clients navigate their way through the acquisition and/or disposition of their office spaces.
Experience:
Prior to working for JLL, David worked as an asset manager with Wasatch Commercial Management in Salt Lake City. David’s team oversaw the management and leasing of over 3 million square feet of office space.
Achievements:
David is a member of the 2021 top producing office team in Salt Lake City. The team completed 100 transactions totaling over 1.4 million square feet with a transaction value of over $187MM.
Education and Affiliations:
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University and was the Captain of the Football team in 2008. David also played football professionally in the NFL for 4 years after college. David is married and lives with his wife and three children in Salt Lake City.
