David is focused on guiding owners, investors and corporations with the creation and implementation of their industrial real estate strategies, including the leasing, development, acquisition and disposition of projects throughout North America. In his role as a Managing Director, David is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the firm's St. Louis based industrial real estate platform. David is also a National Director and officer of the firm as well as a member of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions Team, providing supply chain consulting, network strategy and site selection services.
David is a part of the top-performing JLL industrial team. He and his teammates have set themselves apart for delivering intelligent strategies and insights through years of collective experience representing some of the world's largest owners, investors and corporations. Their expertise allows clients to make clear decisions; saving time, minimizing risk and maximizing the value of their real estate portfolios.
Before joining JLL in 2011, David was a Vice President with Cassidy Turley. Throughout his career, David has been responsible for more than 30 million square feet of industrial real estate transactions valued at over $1 billion. He received his degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Saint Louis.
David and his wife, Krista, live in St. Louis with their two children, Jack and Audrey.
