Current Responsibilities
Damon is an Managing Director with JLL where he focuses exclusively on tenant representation services for his clients. Ranging from startup entrepreneurs to many of San Diego’s top employers, Damon provides strategic occupancy planning, real time market insight and implements a proven process, which positions his clients to make informed and thoughtful real estate decisions.
Damon leverages the full JLL platform to deliver additional value to his clients such as assisting with tenant improvement budgeting, coordinating a move, negotiating potential economic incentives and/or implementing space optimization efficiencies. His ability to adapt to the forever changing commercial real estate landscape and leverage today’s technology has established him as a true differentiator in the business.
Experience
Damon started his commercial real estate career in 2006 with The Staubach Company who exclusively represented tenants. Staubach merged with JLL in mid-2008 to form one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory and technology firms. Now having a global presence, Damon can continue to bring his clients added value through the platform and differentiate among his competitors.
