Dalton Knipe is a Senior Associate within JLL’s DFW Industrial Team. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation, site selection, land sales, and project leasing. Dalton accentuates a client-centric advising strategy that involves lease and sale negotiation and a deep understanding of the DFW Industrial market. He excels at being a constant resource for his tenant clients in terms of market data and market trends. Additionally, within his team, he supports the marketing and leasing efforts for a 15M SF portfolio of active industrial assets.
Dalton earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. Dalton is an active member in National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), The Real Estate Council (TREC), and the CRE Analyst Fast Track Course Alumni group. Prior to JLL, he was a Senior Associate within Cushman & Wakefield’s DFW Industrial Team.
