Current responsibilities
As a Managing Director, Cribb Altman is a senior member of the JLL Dallas Office Tenant Representation Services group. With 15 years of industry experience, Cribb specializes in representing tenants with their corporate real estate needs, including lease renewals, relocations, expansions, subleases and building purchases. With a focus on aligning his clients’ real estate with their business objectives, Cribb delivers cost-effective and flexible occupancy solutions.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in late 2020, Cribb was a Managing Director within the Tenant Representation Group and member of the Technology Practice Group at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). Before his tenure at C&W, Cribb was a Vice President in the Office Services Group at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. He began his career at Worldwide Express in Kansas City and St. Louis, where he earned the company’s “Pacesetter Award” for his performance and was one of the youngest district sales managers in the firm’s history.
