As leader of the Dallas industrial group for Jones Lang LaSalle, Craig is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and growth of the industrial focus and execution of industrial and office-technical transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, site selection and build-to-suits.
Experience
During his 22-year career, Craig has completed over 40 million square feet of transactions, valued in excess of $500 million. This has been crafted through the combination of superior business development, technological innovation, market surveys and analysis, financial analysis, and lease and sale negotiations.
Prior to joining JLL, Craig was President of the Industrial Division at NAI Robert Lynn.
Awards and recognitions
Craig received the 2008 NAIOP Broker of the Year Award and numerous Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter and CoStar Group “Power Broker” recognitions.
Education and affiliations
Craig earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Highland Park United Methodist Church and the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
