Current responsibilities
Corey Gustafson serves as the Executive Managing Director and national leader of the Core Four within America’s Value and Risk Advisory (VRA) business at JLL. The firm's sector-led approach focuses on specialization in various asset classes, and he collaborates with leadership to enhance the expertise, services, and capabilities of the VRA platform for clients. As an experienced valuation professional, Mr. Gustafson's responsibilities include leadership, management, professional development, training, strategic decision-making, and recruitment.
Experience
Corey most recently served as Managing Director and New England Market Leader of CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services, overseeing the six-state New England Region. As an experienced valuation professional, Mr. Gustafson's expertise spans leadership, management, professional development, training, strategic decision-making, and recruitment. His comprehensive understanding of all types of real estate valuation services, including appraisals, feasibility studies, real estate portfolios, financial reporting, estate planning, litigation support, property tax consulting, and sale-leasebacks, instills confidence in his ability to deliver successful outcomes. With a career that began as a staff appraiser in Chicago, he has advanced quickly into leadership roles at four nationally recognized valuation platforms. Mr. Gustafson has a wealth of experience in valuing a diverse range of property types, including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily valuations.
