Current Responsibilities
With emphasis on the Chicago and Northwest Indiana submarkets, Mr. Mullady has been responsible for client development for both users and investors of industrial real estate. As a member of the Land Team, Mr. Mullady employs a wide range of market-specific knowledge in assessing and addressing each of his clients needs. Mr. Mullady’s responsibilities include site selection, financial analysis, market research, building acquisition and dispositions and land highest and best use analysis. While his clients focus on their core business, Mr. Mullady focuses on their real estate needs.
Experience
During his tenure as a commercial real estate broker, Mr. Mullady has been responsible for managing and assisting in key assignments for the United States Postal Service, Waste Management, Flowserve Corporation, Marmon, Union Tank Car, BP, Flowserve Corp., EFI Global, Patterson Medical, Experian, ComEd, Lycee Francais de Chicago, Valspar Corporation, Dresser Corporation, Electrolux, Camfil Farr, Cordia Senior Living.
His responsibilities of site disposition and acquisition has developed Economic development relationships within Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Specifically, the City of Chicago, the City of East Chicago, City of Whiting, the City of Gary and the City of Hammond.
Education and Affiliation
Conor holds a Bachelors Degree in International Business from Saint Mary’s University of Winona, Minnesota. He currently is the Chairman of the Chicago Downtown Ducks Unlimited Committee and an active member of JLL Young Guns.
