As part of the tenant representation team, Conor is responsible for developing new business relationships, providing market research, performing financial analysis, lease negotiation and documentation for corporate users. This immersion in the Dallas market and daily contact with building leasing representatives has given him broad market knowledge in all Dallas submarkets. Conor brings strong strategic thought as well as analytical skills and market knowledge to the corporate facilities planning, relocation and renegotiation process.
Experience
Prior to joining the tenant representation group, Conor was with JLL’s landlord leasing group from 2009 - 2011. While there he was responsible for leasing over 2.5 million square feet of office space for both Institutional and Private owners of real estate, giving him valuable insight into the mindset of building owners.
Education and affiliations
Conor received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas in Communication Studies.
Conor has been named a D CEO Power Broker in DFW from 2014 – 2019 and has consistently earned JLL’s “Top Gun” and “Gold Achiever” honors. He currently serves as a volunteer at The Downtown Dallas Homeless Alliance, President of the JLL Young Guns Organization, a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Urban Armadillos of Downtown Dallas and Touchdown Club of Dallas benefitting The Ashford Rise School of Dallas.
