Career summary
Chris is a trusted advisor with a reputation of being a diplomatic and tireless advocate, which he earned through a successful track record of raising over $3 billion of capital for complex real estate projects across the country. As a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, he represents institutional and middle-market clients on senior debt and structured financings for all asset classes. He has also arranged many joint venture equity partnerships for development projects. In addition to transaction expertise, Chris consults with clients on investment strategy, optimal capital structures, and capital markets fundamentals.
Before joining HFF in 2013, which merged with JLL in 2019, Chris was a manager in General Growth Properties’ (GGP) finance group, responsible for property financings, enterprise analytics, and loan restructurings through the company’s bankruptcy.
