Current Responsibilities
Chris Wadley is an Executive Managing Director at JLL Houston and leads the Gulf Coast Region for Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Higher Education practices. Chris oversees the growth of the practices, including real estate transaction management, analytics, acquisitions and dispositions health systems, healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and academic institutions. Leveraging his knowledge of the intricacies of these specialized real estate types, Chris provides his clients with skillful expertise in guiding them through all facets of any real estate transaction.
Experience
Chris has worked in real estate brokerage for 18 years, and has significant experience in System, Corporate and Provider advisory of real estate assets and leases. He previously worked at Transwestern, Studley (now Savills), and Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark).
Education and Affiliations
Chris received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman. Additionally, he is a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist and serves on the finance committee.
