Current Responsibilities
Caleb Lewis is a market-leading tenant advisor, representing clients locally in Tampa Bay and across North America. His focus is creating and implementing real estate strategies that allows clients to operate with flexibility through different business environments.
Experience
Caleb began his commercial real estate career in 2004 at Bishop & Associates, Inc., a Tampa-based boutique firm, representing both tenants and landlords. During his time at the firm, Caleb won numerous Costar Power Broker awards.
Caleb was recruited in 2015 to open the Tampa Bay office of Cresa, the largest tenant-only representation firm in the world. In January 2016, JLL acquired Cresa’s Florida operations and Caleb joined the JLL Tampa office where he has since been promoted to Managing Director.
Caleb has represented clients in 6 million square feet of transactions and has been recognized as a Costar Power Broker on 11 occasions. He received the “30 under 30” recognition from the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2008 and is a two-time finalist for the NAIOP-Tampa Bay transaction of the year award.
Education and Affiliations
Caleb graduated with a B.S. in Political Science & History from Greensboro College (N.C.) where he was a four year letter winner on the football team. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. He is a past member of the Leadership Tampa board of directors and is a current member of the National Parkinson’s Foundation, Tampa Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with Feeding Tampa Bay. He is actively involved in his local church.
