Career summary
Britton is a Senior Managing Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL in 2017 to lead with his partners, the Southeast Industrial Capital Markets practice within the Capital Markets Group. Britton and his team focus on the disposition and capitalization of industrial assets and portfolios across the Southeast. They are part of JLL’s National Industrial Capital Market Team – a fully integrated national practice which executed over $15.5 billion of industrial disposition and equity placement transactions in 2022. In the Southeast, Britton and his regional team have completed an aggregate transactional value of $8.2 billion, totaling over 80.8 million square feet since 2021.
Prior to joining JLL, Britton was a Director at Stan Johnson Company, leading a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in the disposition of net lease properties throughout the United States. His team focused on office, industrial, and sale-leaseback transactions. Britton joined Stan Johnson Company in 2012, opening the Atlanta office as a lead broker for the first Atlanta investment team.
