Ashley Curry is a Senior Vice President within JLL’s Dallas Agency Leasing team, where she is responsible for the successful leasing and marketing of commercial office properties, client relationship management, and new business development. Ashley provides an innovative approach to deal- making and marketing to strategically position her clients and their real estate assets for success. Ashley has over ten years of experience with completed lease transactions totaling over $600 million in value and approximately 4.1 million square feet.
Ashley joined JLL from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics where she spent five years as a Contract Negotiator. While at Lockheed Martin, her responsibilities included cost analysis and negotiations with foreign and domestic suppliers for the F-35, F-22, F-16, and C-130 platforms. She traveled abroad to work with suppliers in England, The Netherlands, and Australia. During her tenure at Lockheed, she completed negotiations with suppliers totaling over $750 million dollars.
Awards and Recognition
During her time at JLL, she has earned the Rising Star award, Gold Baton for Teamwork award, and has been recognized as a Top Achiever (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023). In 2022, Ashley was recognized as one of the Bisnow Top 20 Dallas Women Leading Commercial Real Estate. Ashley earned a position on JLL's Leadership Council Advisory Board for 2023-2025 term.
Education and Affiliations
Ashley attended Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. While attending Texas Tech, she was a member of Alpha Phi sorority. She was a member of The Real Estate Council Associate Leadership Council Class of 2019. She serves as a mentor with the JLL EmpowHERment program and the CRE Analyst SPARK Fellowship program. She is a licensed real estate sales professional in Texas.
