Current responsibilities:
Angela Carrier is a Executive Vice President of JLL’s Location Economics Practice where she manages complex incentive negotiation and procurement for all industry sectors in multiple jurisdictions.
Angela is an expert in performing primary incentives research and analysis resulting in a critical understanding and ability to implement complicated incentive programs. Angela leads core client project teams through the analytical incentives process and draws upon her deep knowledge of incentive programs and experience to deliver executive level reports.
Experience:
Angela possesses 17 years of business and economic incentives experience delivering results for all industry sectors and business class sizes. Her efforts and team work have resulted in securing some of the largest incentives awards per project and per employee. Angela has planned, executed, and delivered results for the most analytical incentive initiatives most companies will encounter and communicated the results effectively to the executive level core project team allowing for confident location decisions based on sound financial models and counsel.
Education and affiliations:
Angela has achieved JLL’s Top Achiever level and is a consistent top producer within the practice. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University’s Mays School of Business with a BBA in Finance, cum laude. Angela speaks frequently to economic development professionals regarding incentive strategy in business site location.
