Andy Ross leads business development opportunities in the Southeast Suburban & CBD Submarkets for the JLL Denver Agency Team. The current Agency portfolio consists of over 16 million square feet of commercial real estate property. Andy is focused on overall portfolio leasing strategy while maintaining close active relationships with top institutional and local investors. He has over 20 years of leasing experience in the Denver commercial real estate market and has executed over 700 lease transactions totaling over 5 million square feet.
Andy’s clients have included: CS Capital Management, DPC Companies, Equity Commonwealth, Hines, Investcorp, KBS Realty Advisors, LaSalle Investment Management, LBA Realty, Palisades Capital, Schnitzer West, Shorenstein, Beacon, Brookfield and TerraCap to name a few.
Andy obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Northern Colorado. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado and is a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR) and NAIOP.
In his spare time Andy enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren and their two little boys, William and Wyatt. He is a Colorado native, loves the outdoors and is an avid golfer.
