Current Responsibilities:
Adam joined JLL in 2024 to co-lead a team of professionals who partner with companies to develop and implement strategies to manage their real estate, both individual transactions in Chicago and global portfolio holdings, utilizing technology to allow for more data-driven decision making. Adam’s focus is to understand his client’s business objectives, goals and drivers in order to achieve the optimal outcome(s) while communicating effectively in order to manage their expectations.
Experience:
Adam is an industry veteran with extensive experience advising decision makers on complex real estate transactions and consulting assignments, including 20 years at Savills overseeing their Midwest occupier practice and 3 years leading leasing for Tishman Speyer’s Chicago office portfolio. He brings a unique perspective having advised both occupiers and owners over the course of his career, and is effective at leveraging his insider experience working with a global owner, operator and developer to advise his occupier clients in a variety of industries, including legal, financial services, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing.
