TwinLabs at 5640 Fishers Lane Achieves 100% Preleasing

Bethesda, MD, November 4, 2021 – JLL announces today that the first phase of TwinLabs at 5640 Fishers Lane in Rockville, Maryland is fully preleased with four leases totaling more than 25,000 square feet. GlenLine Investments and Singerman Real Estate are redeveloping the former NIH/NIAID complex into highly functional Class A lab space.

The companies opening in November at TwinLabs – 22^nd Century Group, IO Biotech, ResInnova Labs and Liatris – represent growth areas in the Maryland life science cluster including plant biotechnology, anti-cancer immunotherapy, infection prevention, and materials science. Phase Two of the development will deliver five additional pre-built lab suites in Spring 2022 totaling approximately 25,000 square feet and a full floor of 25,000 square feet in lab-ready shell condition at 12441 Parklawn Drive. JLL’s Danny Sheridan and Amanda Davis are immediately working on preleasing of the next phase.
