The Link at Fishers District Signs Agreement with Cunningham Restaurant Group
The property is set to transform its building amenities as part of a growing trend of mixed-use applications of large corporate campuses
The Link at Fishers District is undergoing renovations and will be transformed into a top mixed-use office space. The renovation of The Link is expected to be complete by winter 2023/2024 and will provide tenants with an exceptional experience in a prime location. In addition to The Link’s renovations, the surrounding area, which is also undergoing development, will allow tenants and communities across greater Indianapolis to enjoy intersecting elements of food, shopping, hospitality and business amenities. JLL leases the property owned by M&J Wilkow and a fund managed by DRA Advisors.
Formerly a corporate campus, The Link represents an evolution in commercial real estate where mixed-use renovations will provide a highly desirable work-live-play offering for tenants.
One hospitality amenity highlight exemplifying this work-live-play offering: The Link will partner with Cunningham Restaurant Group, a popular upscale Indiana-based restaurant hospitality group, known for Indianapolis local favorites such as Livery, Provision, and Bru Burger, to open a café onsite. This will be Cunningham Restaurant Group’s third café concept, following Café 251 in the Capital Center and the café located in the Elevance headquarters in Indianapolis. “We are excited to offer The Link workforce the amenity of a CRG fresh forward food offering along with our unique form of hospitality,” said Mike Cunningham, CRG President and CEO. Café Link has a targeted opening date of winter 2023/2024.
Located just north of 106th Street and along I-69, The Link tenants will be able to enjoy new amenities in addition to the café, such as an abundance of conference rooms, a game room, an outdoor walking path and courtyard, tenant lounges, fitness center with locker rooms and showers and a 102-seat auditorium with updated seating and AV capabilities.

Surrounding The Link will soon be the Indy Fuel’s new hockey area, a 254-unit luxury townhome community, and a newly planned development with 250 luxury apartments and 150 hotel rooms. Fishers District is also filled with great dining, retail and entertainment options, such as Top Golf.
