Robert Koshgarian joins the PDS Sports and Entertainment team
Koshgarian brings nearly 15 years of architectural experience to the table, with a significant focus on creating innovative venue solutions in the sports and entertainment industry
PHOENIX, Feb. 17, 2025 – JLL announced today the appointment of Robert Koshgarian as Vice President to the Sports and Entertainment, Project and Development Services (PDS) team. The PDS Sports and Entertainment team provides locally based strategies to create experiences that attract fans and provide the highest return on investment for clients.
Koshgarian brings nearly 15 years of experience in venue planning, design and master planning across sports, entertainment, convention, mixed-use and hospitality projects. He will represent professional sports teams, owners and investors of sports and entertainment facilities. Drawing from his extensive background in venue planning, design and master planning, he will bring ambitious visions into realities across the sports and entertainment landscape. In addition to managing all phases of construction, Koshgarian brings expertise to the important pre-development programming, planning and design phases, ensuring client business objectives are met from the very start.
The PDS Sports and Entertainment team oversees the creation of comprehensive facilities that seamlessly integrate into mixed-use districts. Koshgarian will support projects including professional sports venues, collegiate facilities, and developmental program spaces from stadiums, multipurpose arenas and soccer complexes to team training facilities, athletic campuses, concert halls and convention centers.
