Reed Automotive Group acquires site for new Kansas City area dealership

Kansas City, October 20, 2020 – JLL announced today the firm has successfully completed the acquisition of a four-acre site in Merriam, Kansas on behalf of Kansas City-based car dealership, Reed Automotive Group.

JLL’s Patrick Meraz represented the automotive dealership group in the land acquisition. 

“Our new Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram dealership will be much more assessable to residents of the community and will be a welcome addition to providing more automobile brand selections to customers along dealership row,” said Randy Reed, Owner, Reed Automotive Group.

This new dual showroom design – Jeep and Chrysler, Dodge, Ram – is the first in the Kansas City market and one of the newest in the country.

Located along the westside of Interstate 35 at 7000 W. Frontage Road between 67th and 75th Streets, the site is expected to serve and complement the adjacent newly built Reed Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram dealership, and add to the 2018 acquisition of Reed Hyundai and Reed Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram dealerships.

Reed Automotive Group now owns approximately 12 acres along Interstate 35 frontage roads in Merriam. The newly acquired land may be the home of another brand to be announced in the future.
