Railinc affirms its position in Cary, North Carolina, relocates to 11000 Weston Parkway
JLL facilitated the 55,000-square-foot lease on behalf of the railroad technology solutions provider
RALEIGH (April 17, 2024) — JLL today announces that Railinc, a railroad and technology solutions provider, is relocating to a 56,371-square-foot space at 11000 Weston Parkway, a Class-A office building in Cary, North Carolina. Railinc plans to move more than 300 employees and contractors to the new space in Q1 2025. JLL Managing Director Kimarie Ankenbrand and Executive Vice President Ryan Lawrence represented Railinc in the deal.
Railinc has been headquartered in Cary since 1999, where it has served as the go-to technology solutions resource for the North American freight rail industry. To support its future growth, Railinc made the strategic decision to relocate to 11000 Weston Parkway, reaffirming its commitment to the Triangle and its deep pool of tech talent.

11000 Weston Parkway is part of a three-building office complex located off I-40. The 178,300-square-foot building is near a strong amenity base, including notable retailers and restaurants, neighborhoods and hotels. Tenants have access to scenic views of the 500-acre Lake Crabtree, as well as best-in-class amenities like a Velocity gym, an onsite cafe, jogging trails, a greenway trail system and collaborative common spaces. The building is Energy Star-certified and prioritizes sustainability, including ChargePoint electric vehicle charging stations and high-efficiency HVAC and energy management systems.
