OneDigital relocates November 2021, expands corporate offices

KANSAS CITY, May 20, 2021 – On behalf of OneDigital, JLL announced today the successful negotiation of a 16,925-square-foot lease at CityPlace Corporate Centre I. OneDigital, the nation’s leading health, retirement/wealth, and HR advisory firm, will be relocating in November and expanding its Retirement + Wealth national headquarters to 11101 Switzer Road, Overland Park, Kansas.

Anné Erickson & RJ Trowbridge of JLL represented OneDigital and Hunter Johnson and Andrew Block represented the landlord, Block Real Estate Services, LLC, in-house.

In JLL’s study of shifting global workforce expectations, 70% of respondents reported the office environment is more conducive to connecting with teammates to solve complex issues, as well as managing direct reports and connecting with leadership. The study notes the workplace of the future will have to be more human than ever to support employees’ diverse, changing needs and workstyles.
