Next-gen automotive valuation and inventory software firm relocates to Downtown Kansas City to accommodate growth

KANSAS CITY, March 4, 2020 – JLL has secured a new 5,000-square-foot office lease for next-gen automotive valuation and inventory sourcing software company DealerCue, the firm announced today. The new space, located at 912 Broadway Boulevard in downtown Kansas City, is expected accommodate DealerCue’s anticipated growth.

The software company recently secured investment funding to help scale and expand their workforce. DealerCue currently has 20 employees and is expected to increase their workforce to 45 employees by the end of the year.

JLL’s Jim Gates represented the software company in the lease negotiation. Colliers’s Evan Warwick represented the landlord, Atelier Enterprises LLC.

According to JLL Research, Downtown Kansas City saw the market’s second highest office absorption in 2019 with 200,172 square feet thanks in part to significant interest from tech firms and creative companies desiring access to walkable amenities and the immediate area’s millennial workforce. The Northland submarket saw the most office absorption in the region largely by virtue of the Maximus call center near the airport.
