New Kansas City-based automotive company OneRequest signs office lease

KANSAS CITY, June 11, 2020 – JLL announced today the successful negotiation of a new 9,000-square-foot office lease for OneRequest, a new automotive service company based in the Kansas City area, at 6363 College Boulevard in nearby Overland Park, Kansas.

“With OneRequest getting started, it was very important to me to find office space that would help shape the right culture and accommodate our projected growth,” said Eric Westphal, Founder, OneRequest. “We now have great space that will serve us well as we focus on providing excellent service to both the car shopper community and our dealer customers.

The online-based company is geared toward buyers and sellers of new and used automobiles. Buyers have an easy to use solution to efficiently compare buying options and find their desired vehicle without giving away personal contact information. Dealers receive verified leads and can review the full details of requested vehicles without incurring any costs, providing greater cost control. 

“Our initial launch targets the Kansas City market and we plan to expand into additional markets by the end of the year,” said Westphal.

JLL’s Jim Gates and Adam Tilton negotiated on behalf of OneRequest with the landlord, Executive Hills.

South Johnson County saw 155,851 square feet of total net absorption last year, third most among Kansas City submarkets according to JLL Research. The area followed only Northland and Central Business District submarkets.
