NASHVILLE, August 2, 2022 – JLL announced today it is leading the leasing and management operations of prosprCS, 26,000 square feet of flex office and coworking space, on the top floor of Cummins Station, in downtown Nashville.
prosprCS offers flexible private offices, coworking space, meeting rooms, team suites and virtual offices to organizations and residents in the region. The space includes ergonomic furniture, Tier 1 fiber broadband internet access, interactive client portals to book meeting rooms digitally, an on-site hospitality team and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
Situated at 209 10th Ave. S., the property offers walkability to numerous popular downtown destinations, such as Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, the Gulch neighborhood, Union Station and The Frist Museum.
