Louisville office strengthens investment sales, retail and office business lines with multi-faceted hire

LOUISVILLE, Feb. 15, 2021 — JLL is pleased to announce the addition of Morgan LaCroix to enhance its Louisville brokerage team. LaCroix joins the firm as Vice President and will be working alongside both the agency and tenant representation teams

A native to the Louisville region and an experienced commercial real estate professional, LaCroix comes to JLL from Cushman & Wakefield. In her new role, she will focus her efforts on agency leasing, tenant representation and investment sales.

LaCroix’s addition comes at an ideal time as the appetite for investment sales in Louisville is vibrant. LaCroix will also direct her efforts on the retail industry and expects opportunities to be abundant as the sector evolves.

LaCroix obtained her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Louisville.
