JupiterOne relocates headquarters to 2701 Aerial Center in Raleigh

RALEIGH-DURHAM, N.C., (May 25, 2021) – JupiterOne will relocate its headquarters to a 7,500-square-foot space at 2701 Aerial Center, located within Aerial Center Business Park in Morrisville. JLL’s Hillman Duncan and Taylor McCuiston are handling leasing efforts for the park on behalf of Aerial Center Realty Corporation. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ben Litke represented JupiterOne.

Previously headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, JupiterOne, is a cyber asset management and governance solution company and will relocate operations to 2701 Aerial Center. Slated to begin occupying the space in May, JupiterOne’s new office will accommodate JupiterOne’s rapidly growing business that has doubled its headcount in the last six months and expects to double again by the end of the year. Aerial Center Business Park is a ten-building, 350,000-square-foot office park featuring abundant on-site amenities, such as a hotel and The Hangar, a tenant amenity center that includes a high-tech training room, fitness center and yoga studio.

Aerial Center Business Park is located three miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport and offers seamless access to I-40 and I-540. The park is 15 minutes from Downtown Durham and is in close proximity to a variety of retail and restaurant options, including Brier Creek commons and Brierdale Shopping Center.

According to JLL’s Q1 2021 Office Insight, more than 60% of leasing activity last quarter came from new-to-market occupiers, signaling increasing demand for high-quality office space near the Triangle.
