Julie Hyson to lead JLL’s project & construction management business in the West

SAN FRANCISCO, August 24, 2020 – JLL, a leading real estate and investment management firm, has announced Julie Hyson has been promoted to West Region Project and Construction Management lead. In this role she will lead JLL’s combined Corporate Solutions and Markets Project and Construction Management teams. Leading into this expansion of her role, she served as the Project and Construction Management Lead in Northern California, where she was responsible for a team of more than 185 professionals across the Bay Area and Sacramento.
As the West Region Project and Construction Management Lead, Julie is responsible for the development and implementation of progressive and innovative models of service designed to accelerate value in the industry. Prior to her arrival at JLL, Hyson served as Vice President for a global development and construction company, where she was responsible for strategy, operations and growth in Northern California, the company’s first organically grown market.
