JLL strengthens Kansas City office team with key additions

KANSAS CITY, October 24, 2019 – JLL announced the addition of commercial real estate industry veterans Jim Gates and Adam Tilton to the firm’s Kansas City office today. The two office experts are both joining as Executive Vice Presidents, effective immediately.

Gates started his career 18 years ago, focusing on developing real estate strategies to reduce costs and recruit talent. He has been successful at developing long-term, goal driven strategies that address the needs of each of his clients. He has extensive experience in site selection, lease negotiations and financial analysis.

Tilton is an 11-year industry veteran, assisting corporate office users with tenant representation throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area, as well as other markets across the US. He is experienced in lease negotiations, subleasing, financial modeling and managing national client relationships. Over his career, he has completed millions of square feet of lease and purchase transactions, representing a variety of clients with a variety of different property types, including traditional office, call centers and data centers.
