The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (BPG) selected JLL for property management services for the 272,000-square-foot People’s Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
PITTSBURGH — Feb. 25, 2019 – The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (BPG) selected JLL for property management services for the 272,000-square-foot People’s Center in Pittsburgh, Pa. JLL Senior Vice President Edward Manko will lead property management efforts.
The People’s Center is a multi-tenant Class A office and retail building in the popular North Shore. The mixed-use asset is currently home to 11 tenants, bringing the building’s occupancy to 90 percent.
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with BPG and the team at People’s Center,” said Manko. “Our experience and depth of organization will provide BPG with the service level they can rely on to integrate amenities and reduce operating costs for the tenants located at People’s Center.”
