JLL to lease Delaware's Innovation Space
Exclusive partnership offers support to science-based startups, combining best-in-class labs with leveraged scientific equipment and collaboration infrastructure
WILMINGTON, Del .- JLL has entered an exclusive arrangement with The Innovation Space™ to match tenants with the impressive offerings of the organization’s multi-use lab space, offices and common areas. The Innovation Space features more than 130,000 square feet of advanced lab suites and space for networking, meetings and collaboration that help foster innovation.
Located on the campus of the Experimental Station and sharing resources within the historic DuPont campus, the space supports a vast array of companies specializing in areas such as clean-and-renewable technologies, life sciences and advanced materials.
