JLL names Nicole Hom to lead Property Management in Northern California

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Jan 14, 2019 – JLL has named Senior Vice President Nicole Hom to lead the firm’s Property Management services in Northern California. She succeeds Todd Robinette, who retired in December.

Hom joined JLL from a boutique property management firm in 2005 as an Assistant General Manager and has since worked her way up through the organization.

“Nicole is a great example of leadership development in action,” said Andy Poppink, Market Leader for Northern California. “She has worked tirelessly at all levels of the property management organization over the last fourteen years and has shown a commitment to leadership and innovation which made her the ideal choice to move our business forward,” he added.

In her leadership role, Hom will partner with local, regional and national property management teams to deliver JLL’s Curae Approach. Curae is a service philosophy and integrated suite of products offering a variety of experience management programming to clients with the goal of making life better for tenants and employees in buildings managed by JLL.

A major feature of JLL’s approach is partnering with a broad array of top providers to deliver best-in-class integrated product offerings and technologies to JLL’s property management clients. 

“We are proactively working with JLL Spark to vet new PropTech solutions, identifying technologies we believe will benefit our stakeholders. We are currently leveraging two new platforms that standardize processes, create efficiencies and enable our property teams to focus on delivering an unparalleled experience to both our tenants and clients,” said Hom.

In her career at JLL, Hom has played a key role in securing over 12 million square feet of management assignments and has managed several high-profile properties. She has also been instrumental in developing property management expertise and best practices within the organization by co-developing training courses and recruiting top talent.

Hom is a San Francisco native who holds a B.A. in Sociology from U.C. Riverside, LEED Accredited Professional and Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. She is also on the BOMA San Francisco Foundation Board of Directors.
