JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group adds Vice President to its growing Asset Management platform

Based out of Miami, Kristina D'Amico brings 14 years of hospitality experience to her new role

MIAMI, Mar. 20, 2025 –  JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group announced today that Kristina D'Amico has joined the firm as Vice President within its Hotels’ Asset Management team. Based in JLL's Miami office, D'Amico will report to Executive Vice President Katie Krieger.

In her new role, D'Amico will be responsible for client service delivery and portfolio growth in the Southern United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.

"Kristina's extensive international experience and deep understanding of the hospitality sector make her an invaluable addition to our team," said Krieger. "Her expertise will enhance our client service capabilities throughout the Southern United States, Latin America and the Caribbean, while simultaneously expanding our regional influence."

D'Amico brings 14 years of experience from HVS Consulting & Valuation in Miami, where she valued over $5 billion in hospitality-driven real estate. Her expertise includes market and feasibility studies, valuations for luxury hotels and resorts, mixed-use developments with branded residential components and all-inclusive resorts. Additionally, D'Amico's extensive international consulting experience spans the Caribbean Basin across 23 islands, Mexico and many countries across Latin America.

D'Amico holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Hospitality Studies from Florida International University (FIU). She is currently completing her MBA in Real Estate at FIU.
