JLL Hires Industry Leader Todd Husak to Support Growth in Northern California

Menlo Park – Feb. 1, 2023 – JLL, the leading real estate and investment management firm, has announced Todd Husak has joined the market-leading Northern California agency leasing team as senior managing director in JLL’s Silicon Valley office. Husak specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation, continuing JLL’s efforts to expand throughout the Silicon Valley and Northern California markets.

Husak’s responsibilities include partnering with the current agency team to grow market share, maximize the value of their client’s assets in the region and continue to expand JLL’s reach throughout the Bay Area. He has an extensive and diverse range of corporate real estate knowledge and expertise including 16 years with CBRE overseeing all strategic planning, business development and transaction services in the greater Palo Alto and San Francisco Peninsula areas. Husak joins the Agency team of Mark Bodie and Toss Vallentine.

Husak earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master's degree in education at Stanford University. He was the quarterback of Stanford’s football team from 1996-2000 and in the 1999 season led the Cardinal to the Pac 10 Conference title and their first Rose Bowl since 1971. After college, Husak was drafted in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft and played professionally for five years. In 2011, Husak started a charity golf tournament called Fore The Kids that has raised nearly $400,000 for local organizations which focus on children’s education and athletics. He lives in Menlo Park with his wife and three children.
