JLL grows Cleveland Tenant Representation team
Amy Bradford brings 25 years of experience to JLL
JLL announced today that it has added Amy Bradford as Vice President, Tenant Representation, in its Cleveland office. With her extensive experience in business ownership, real estate, and consulting, Bradford brings a unique perspective and valuable skills to the team.
Prior to joining JLL, Bradford owned her own business, Amy's Shoes & Apparel, for 15 years. During this time, she successfully managed a multi-store operation across Northeast Ohio, overseeing all aspects of the company including revenue growth, real estate decisions and lease negotiations, and relations with more than 100 suppliers.
Following this venture, Bradford transitioned to providing business consulting services to growing companies in the region.
"Owning my own business taught me the importance of leveraging knowledge and seeking advice, especially as a scaling and growing company,” said Bradford. "The pandemic has undoubtedly changed the real estate landscape, but it has also created new possibilities. I am passionate about keeping businesses in Cleveland and leveraging my firsthand knowledge to help clients navigate this changing environment.”
Earlier in her career, Bradford also worked at a Cleveland-area boutique real estate firm, where she advised multiple public Fortune 500 companies, private entities, not-for-profit organizations, and economic development enterprises on their real estate strategies. Managing a substantial portfolio of over 9 million square feet, she oversaw strategic planning, transaction management, business terms and contract negotiations, financial analysis and reporting, and more.

Bradford’s expertise in negotiating and managing lease agreements has been instrumental in securing commercial spaces for tenants of various sizes, ranging from 1,000 square feet to over 250,000 square feet.
Her dedication to the Cleveland market is evident in her previous experience and her commitment to empowering women in the industry.
