JLL Des Moines expands brokerage team

Des Moines, Iowa, Jan. 18, 2019 – JLL is pleased to announce the addition of Aaron A. Hyde to JLL’s Des Moines office.

Aaron A. Hyde, Vice President, brings over 12 years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of acquisition, disposition, and lease negotiations to the team. In his previous position, he completed over 350 transactions and represented owners such as Brixmor Property Group and Baceline Investments. In addition, he represented national clients including Jimmy John’s, Beauty Systems Group, and Sky Zone. Aaron will lead the retail team in Iowa and collaborate with JLL offices throughout the country.

Marcus R. Pitts, CCIM, SIOR will continue to lead the Industrial markets across the state while Justin Lossner, CCIM, will lead the office market across Iowa. Both Marcus and Justin will also lead Capital Markets/Investment Sales for the state of Iowa.
