JLL Des Moines bolsters market leadership

Des Moines, Iowa, March 19, 2019 – The JLL Des Moines office is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Justin Lossner, CCIM to Managing Director. Exceptional performance, strong leadership, and contributions to the organization are several criteria used to determine such promotions. Lossner joins Marcus R. Pitts, CCIM, SIOR, Managing Director, as the Iowa market co-lead.

“Marcus and Justin have been incredibly instrumental in the success of the JLL Des Moines office,” said Grant Emerick, Chief Operating Office, Midwest Markets. “We have been very pleased with the performance of the office and look forward to our fifth year in the Des Moines and Iowa markets.”

Lossner has also recently been accepted into the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR). The SIOR designation is a professional achievement for highly qualified commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage, fee-based services, or executive management. Certain criteria that must be met include a minimum of five years of active engagement in commercial real estate, a gross fee income of $300,000 each year, continuing education courses and endorsements from current designees.

Marcus R. Pitts, CCIM, SIOR will continue to lead the Industrial markets across the state while Justin Lossner, CCIM, SIOR will lead the office market across Iowa.
