JLL Cleveland names Jon Vanderplough as new Brokerage lead
Vanderplough brings 19+ years of experience to lead local Brokerage team
JLL, a leading real estate and investment management firm, has named Managing Director Jon Vanderplough as Brokerage lead for its Cleveland-based office.
As Cleveland’s Brokerage lead, Vanderplough will continue to offer clients his expertise as a real estate broker, providing strategic and tactical consultative services and acting as the primary conduit of information and planning between senior management and the business unit. As the local Brokerage lead, Vanderplough will also support business development and local recruitment efforts.
Vanderplough brings more than 19 years of experience to the role, and during his tenure, has provided strategy and services to large corporate clients with domestic and international real estate portfolios. He has particular expertise in advising client on complex build-to-suit and headquarters projects.

Prior to joining JLL, Vanderplough served as an Associate at Allegro Realty Advisors. He joined JLL in 2010 and has been honored with various JLL awards including Top Achiever, Gold Achiever and Spotlight Award for exceptional client services.

Vanderplough is a graduate of The College of Wooster, where he earned his bachelor’s in Archaeology. He is a past board member of the CISV Northeast Ohio Chapter.
