JLL brings Howard County Medical Office Building to 100 percent occupancy

BALTIMORE, MD July 9, 2020 - JLL announces today it has fully leased River Hill Station at 5005 Signal Bell Lane in Clarksville, Maryland with the addition of Charter Radiology to its first floor. The radiology company will occupy 6,500 square feet of the 26,160 square foot medical office building.

Charter Radiology is slated to move into its new space in Fall 2020. The fully leased property is one of seven medical office buildings represented by JLL in Howard County and the second that has been fully leased. JLL’s Gary Applestein represented the landlord while the firm’s Rob Freedman represented Charter Radiology in the transaction.
